There are 2 en-suite double bedrooms, bedroom one has the option of twin beds, and has a roll top bath in the bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-size bed with a shower room and retains the distinctive 'truncated pyramid' hop-kiln roof. The sitting room has a high beamed ceiling, Sky freesat TV, DVD player; games, lots of books and local maps and a wood burning stove. The kitchen- dining room is spacious and equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and mini disc player.

The building retains many original features and is furnished with much antique furniture.

There is a large private sunny courtyard, a BBQ available and also garden area with picnic bench and wonderful sunset views across the countryside towards Mortimer Forest.

Dogs welcomed, but do remember that this is farmland and that Bertie the Golden Retriever, Phyllis and Canny the horses and Edith the goose also live here!
